The GreenSpring American Youth Harp Ensemble is pleased to present “Classical Jam!,” Saturday, June 6 at 3:00 pm at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 503 Stuart Circle, Richmond, VA 23220. From Classical to Contemporary and from Broadway to Baroque, each year the “Classical Jam! features arrangements that defy the typical expectation of the harp, and this year is no exception. Maryland Summer Harp Institute
Join us in beautiful Frederick, Maryland for our Maryland Summer Harp Institute! Open to Harpists ages 12-18. Harpists participate in ensembles, masterclasses, workshops, and private lessons. Throughout the week we have multiple concerts including the “Art of the Harp” Student Solo Concert and a Grand Finale Concert on Friday, June 26. The Finale concert is a send-off to a tour across Maryland and Northern Virginia from June 27 and June 28. Learn more here!

Richmond Summer Harp and Choral Institutes
Our Richmond Summer Harp Institute is open to lever and pedal harpists ages 8-18. Harpists play in an ensemble, learn from workshops and masterclasses, and so much more.
The Richmond Summer Choral Institute is open to all levels and voice types from ages 8-18. Students sing in a choir, participate in workshops and masterclasses, and collaborate with other musicians.

Richmond Conservatory Prep Institute
Our Conservatory Prep Institute is geared towards serious young musicians who are interested in a career in music. Open to all instruments for students ages 12-18, our program is designed to be an intense yet fun summer program. Learn more about this program and apply here.
Richmond Summer Chamber and Piano Institutes
Our Richmond Summer Chamber and Piano Institutes is open to musicians ages 8-18. Students will rehearse in small and large chamber ensembles, participate in workshops, and so much more. Open to strings (including harp), guitar, voice, and piano.

GreenSpring Music Festival
Join us from August 8–15, 2026, for the second annual GreenSpring Music Festival, a vibrant 10-day celebration dedicated to the timeless beauty and excitement of live classical music. This extraordinary event will unite world-class artists, emerging talents, and music lovers from around the world for an unforgettable cultural experience. Enjoy a captivating array of performances showcasing the highest standards of artistry in the peaceful, historic, and breathtaking setting of Frederick County, Maryland!
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to engage with star performers and emerging talents, witnessing the creative process firsthand through behind-the-scenes glimpses as well as through small performance gatherings and public concerts. Performances will be held at the historic St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Utica (circa 1769), St. John’s Reformed Church, Creagerstown (circa 1834), and Lewistown United Methodist Church (circa 1857). Additional venues include the picturesque Links Bridge Vineyards and charming house concerts, including performances in a lovingly restored, two-story log building dating back to 1736.
